THE PROJECTS
A project,
a traceable contribution.
Each project has its own record: what it does, what was investigated, what changed and what remains proposed. RUG is the first published case.
- Analysis
- A reproducible baseline, concrete workloads and tool capabilities verified before drawing conclusions.
- Changes
- Focused fixes and measured optimizations, accompanied by regression tests and reproduction commands.
- Upstream status
- An open pull request is a proposal. It is not a merged fix or a maintainer endorsement.

C++98 · PARSER GENERATOR
3 proposals submittedA byte-oriented ABNF parser generator and LALR(1) runtime. An audit, a diagnostic fix and two independently measured optimizations.
THE APPROACH
Observe first.
Measure the change.
Tools supply evidence; analysis connects the measurements to the code. Every result has a stated scope.
THE REPORTS
Read what happened.
Inspect what changed.
Begin with the RUG case study, then inspect the reports, measured pairs and independent pull requests.
No endorsement by the projects’ maintainers is implied.
